Founded in Mangalore in 2002, Ironclad Legal has grown from a two-partner litigation chamber into a full-service firm trusted by founders, families and boards across Karnataka — without ever losing its courtroom edge.
OUR STORY
Adv. Raghavendra Rao started Ironclad Legal with a single conviction that still defines us: a client's matter should never be under-prepared. What began as a small litigation chamber arguing recovery suits in the city civil court has become one of the coast's most respected firms.
As Mangalore grew into a hub for logistics, healthcare and technology, our clients needed more than litigators — they needed counsel who could structure a deal, defend a founder and win a tax appeal with equal command. So we built a bench of partners to do exactly that.
Today, four partners lead six practice areas. But the founding principle has not moved an inch: we prepare every case like it is already in front of a judge — because, often enough, it will be.
